Au Pair Agency with a fresh approach

How it all works

Our Candidate Placement Process – Easy to Follow

1. Register

Completing the online form as comprehensively as possible will help us to offer you the very best families within the shortest time. With more information to work from, we can build a more detailed profile, and ensure we only select families who will meet your needs. We thoroughly recommend a few lovely photos with children. Pictures really do tell a story.

As soon as we have received your details, we will give you a quick call to let you know all received and tell you a little more about how we work.

2. Searching for the right family

After receiving all the required documents from you (a minimum of 2 references, a medical certificate, a CRB check along with your ‘Dear Family letter’ and photos), we will start searching for families based on your skills and experiences.

3. Arranging Interviews and feedback process

We will send you the details of selected family profiles. We will arrange interviews if you both like each other. The interview is an important stage and we will always work with candidates and the host family to ensure both parties get the very most out the experience. The family and Au pair will have a great opportunity to get to know each other and talk about start dates. After the interview, we will speak with both parties separately to make sure all questions have been answered.

4. Agreement Letter

Once you have agreed with a family, the family will write an agreement letter to you . This letter will also include the outline of the duties as discussed, typical hours and pocket money. At this stage, we will ask you to start looking into travel arrangements.

5. Travelling

Once the family have confirmed the best travelling / starting dates. We will ask you to book your flight and send the confirmation to us.  Final steps will be to look into insurance options, but don’t worry we can help you with that too. We do recommend that you have regular contact with the family until you arrive.

6. Arrival Day!

Your travel to the UK will be at your own expense and you will be met on arrival at the airport or coach station for example.
